Donaldson is a world leader Company in the production of filtration systems and related replacements.

The company's history began in 1915 when Frank Donaldson built a filter to protect a tractor's engine from dust, creating the first effective air filter in the world.

The company was founded as a family-run company by Frank Donaldson, his father and his brother in Minnesota, Bloomington, where its current headquarters is also located. Only 100 years later Donaldson included employees in 44 countries to support its customers around the world.

The Donaldson's products are intended to improve the quality of people's lives, improve equipment performance, and protect the environment. This is the reason why Donaldson products are used in several industries, such as agriculture, energy production, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, in the defense, aerospace, and transportation industries.

For over two decades Donaldson has been one of the leaders in the production of filter elements and the company has produced very different filters to make them suitable for different types of applications, also focusing on quality and innovation.
