CompAir is a division of Gardner Denver and was born thanks to the merging of Holman and BroomWade in 1968. Initially the group was called International Compressed Air Corporation, but four years later the name was changed into CompAir. The company was initially acquired by Siebe Gorman, then sold to Alchemy Partners and finally sold to Gardner Denver in 2008.

Gardner Denver was founded in 1859 and is the world's leading provider of industrial equipment and replacements. It has 40 production plants in America, offices in 33 countries and their products are sold throughout the world and used in many areas.

Today, CompAir has distributors located all over the world and offers an effective support service.

The environmental impact of these products is minimized through energy saving, absence of oil, and efforts to achieve sustainability goals. In particular, motocompressors are leaders in efficiency as they consume 30% less than other compressors.

CompAir sells several brands such as Holman, LeRoi, Broomwade, Cyclon, Reavell, Hydrovane, Kellogg, Luchard, Mahle, Mako and Demag.
